Today, we're announcing Dhivaru, a new Trans-Indian Ocean subsea cable system that will connect the Maldives, Christmas Island and Oman. This investment will build on the Australia Connect initiative, furthering the reach, reliability, and resilience of digital connectivity. In order to build the Accelerating Renewable Energy Integration and Sustainable Energy (ARESE) project funded by the World Bank, the Maldives Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology carried out power grid upgrade projects on 15 islands in the Maldives. Our systems are used in the Fiber Optic, Wire, Medical, Telecom, Aerospace, Solar, Defense & Security, 3D Printing and Fishing Industries.
