The easiest way is to use the $3 "spec-grade" receptacles which come in a box instead of loose in a bin. Attach a ground wire from one of the threaded studs (A) at the bottom of the housing, to the mounting plate (B). If you've ever found yourself scratching your head over whether that metal door on your distribution cabinet really needs a grounding wire, you're not alone. In factories, construction sites, and even commercial buildings, this question pops up all the time. I don't see one on the main panel however The neutral bus is bonded (green screw) to the enclosure.
